HARRYS is the place for a few drinks, a quick bar snack or for a relaxed dining experience.
Start your night out at HARRYS or stay the whole evening.
The focus of our menu is authentically Asian, rather than fusion. Top favourites are:
- chilli salt squid, served in a bowl with a herb and sprout salad
- crispy red braised chicken wings with plum sauce
- crisp fried whole snapper with yellow bean sauce, steamed greens and jasmine rice
- and for ‘afters’ Harry’s trademark kaffir lime tart with fresh pineapple and cream.
Cocktails – Friday nights see the bar humming with the famed pint margarita leading a cocktail menu that offers specialities such as Thai One On – lemongrass infused Finlandia vodka, fresh lime, apple juice and soda.
Our wine list has a Nelson focus (of course) with favourites including the Greenhough Apple Valley Riesling and the Neudorf Moutere Pinot Noir.
Craft beers – the Nelson region is famous for its craft beers and HARRYS is a great place to sample them. The boutique tap beers change frequently and include local brews such as Duncan’s Pilsener (Founders Brewery) and Mussel Inn Captain Cooker. Our bottled beer range includes boutique and international stalwarts like Stella Artois, Corona and Heineken.
Group Menus for large bookings
A big occasion coming up? Talk to us about our special group menu to ensure everything flows smoothly for a large party and allows you to control the cost of the evening. The set menu for groups includes all our favourites, other options can be added on enquiry. HARRYS can cater for groups either in the bar or restaurant areas. Bookings are advised.
